(it's very simple).

I just need (via email):
1) Your name
2) Your mailing address
3) Your phone number
4) And how many CD's you want

This is the email address you need to send the information to:
karen@karenblakemusic.com

I'll then mail you the CD. (I told you it was simple.)
When you receive it, you then mail us a check made out to
Karen Blake, in the amount of $20.00 per CD, within the USA.
(If we mail outside the USA, the cost of the CD is $28.00)

In the same package that we send your CD in, we will
provide for you an envelope with our name and address on
it so that you may promptly mail your check back to us.
